To stimulate the child’s intellect by making him or her think constantly.
Speaking in complete sentences from early childhood. Testing his or her observations. Insuring that the child reads.
I would say that this is asking for morals and manners.
For example learning to make friends and keep them, being kind and sharing. All skills we have to learn and you will see that some kids are better at others. It is all learn’t behaviors it does not come naturally to kids.
These are the skills we take through into adulthood, within our social life’s and our careers.
